Appointment Policy

To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Consultations are always complimentary. To schedule your desired service, a $50.00 fee is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Deposits for Halo/BBL laser treatments may be up to $300. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment/procedure. If the appointment is missed, the $50.00 deposit will be applied to the cancellation fee (unless 24 hours’ notice is given). If proper notice is given, the deposit will be refunded.

Consultations Policy

We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. There is a limit of one (1) free consultations per person per 365 days.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All rescheduling/cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 charge. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled due to late arrival you will be charged the $50 cancellation fee. Your credit card will be kept on file. All cancellations under 24 hours are subject to full service fee charge. You will be charged $50 for a no-show, no exceptions. Halo/BBL no-show or under 24 hour cancellations will be charged a $300 service fee.
